Site Acquisition team covers all the bases - from preliminary
market planning and site identification to lease acquisition,
governing agency approvals and issuance of final permits.In
addition, WNG tracks, analyzes and reports on all milestones
related to the site acquisition process allowing for
a comprehensive control and prediction program. WNG has
also developed Strategic Partners to assist with the
acquisition of viable sites for our clients.
Preliminary Site/Market Analysis
WNG evaluates "friendly" site candidates, from
a leasing, engineering, constructability and permitting
perspective. Sites, which meet the deployment criteria
and objectives of the project, are submitted as initial
candidates and may be considered as potential sites.
RF
Engineering Support
WNG provides close coordination with the RF engineering
team, attending technical and site development meetings,
providing specific, detailed site information.
Site Identification
Based on search area maps, project plan and specifications,
WNG identifies potential sites which meet or exceed established
site criteria. Typically, up to three potential candidates
are identified and ranked, based on these criteria.
Site Negotiating, Acquisition, and Leasing
WNG provides complete leasing services-from negotiations
with property owners to coordinating execution of lease
agreements with all appropriate parties. Additionally,
WNG has experience and contacts to support Master Lease
Agreements with Site Management Companies and Landlords.
Zoning & Permitting
Coordination
WNG coordinates the filing of all permits and related
municipal documents required for the construction of
the site. In addition, WNG ensures that filings are made
in a timely manner in order to correspond with the construction
schedule.
