WNG Advantage About Us Contact Us Employment Opportunities

WNG offers a complete suite of Construction Services to coordinate and manage all tasks required to take a site from building permit through construction complete and room ready. WNG Managers, as well as in-house electricians, power crews and technicians have proven experience in the build-out of telecommunications equipment sites. This, combined with our list of pre-qualified subcontractors and suppliers, WNG is positioned to successfully ramp up all civil activities necessary for the swift implementation of multi-site networks.

Pre-Construction Analysis
WNG's Manager coordinates and manages technical team visits and meetings with the appropriate parties in order to gather site-specific information, produce construction assessments, and analyze preliminary design criteria and specifications.

Technical Site Visits and Audits
All relevant participants in the construction of the site, as well as the Site Acquisition Specialist and Engineer are brought together for a "Tech-team visit". Site details are collected, documented, and categorized. Information and discoveries obtained during the visit are then used to evaluate and design the site.

Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Management
Based on the Scope of Work, deliverables, performance specifications, and customer requirements, WNG develops detailed construction plans, drawings and equipment layouts, which cover all elements of construction. A&E also support the efforts of Leasing and zoning with the production of Lease Exhibits and Zoning Drawings.

Subcontractor Management
WNG manages the efforts of the project construction staff, individual suppliers and subcontractors, in order to ensure on time and on budget completion. This includes developing and issuing standards for use in the pre-qualification of contractors to perform on the project, selecting subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiating all contracts.

Site Inspection and Close-out
In this final phase of construction, WNG Construction Managers perform final acceptance inspections, in order to confirm that all punch list items have been cleared and documentation is complete and ready for submittal. Upon completion of all work and approval by the customer, a Construction Complete Certificate is issued and approved for each site, ensuring customer satisfaction and verification of site completeness.
