• Project Management Services – Our experience in planning and executing major networks gives our team of industry professionals unequaled capability to deliver a full range of project management services. We can provide project managers that can manage schedules, finances, communications, contractors and other personal to insure on time and high quality results.
  
  
• Construction Management Services - WNG Construction managers are seasoned professionals who have managed sites builds from the ground up. They are familiar with the specifications and installation methods of all major carriers. We can provide construction managers who will mange project construction staff, individual suppliers and subcontractors, in order to ensure on time and on budget completion. This includes developing and issuing standards for use in the pre-qualification of contractors to perform on the project, selecting subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiating all contracts.
  
  
• Materials Management Services – WNG has warehousing facilities in all its markets and can offer this to our client as part of a project or as a standalone service.  WNG understands the importance of Asset Management. All equipment must be received, and inventoried to ensure that all orders are filled properly, and all equipment can be accounted for at any frequency by the customer. When "call-out" is made, our staff will assemble components to assembly/site packages for shipment.
