WNG's Operations Support Center (OSC) is the command center that insures world class performance and results for our clients. The OSC is located in Northern New Jersey and is staff around the clock, 7 days a week. The OSC supports all WNG services and customers Nationwide as follows:

- Certified professional and technical staff handling tickets, projects and questions
- Remote monitoring of key systems
- Manages all trouble tickets from initial dispatch to resolution
- Manages all technology rollouts & projects from start to finish
- Provides Tech Support to insure success
- Uses GPS vehicle tracking to enable fast field response
- Provides access to a large pool of certified field technicians both in-house and WNG’s Partner Network.
WNG's interactive web site database called WNGTips is provided to our clients to access to real-time reports with up-to the-minute inspection schedules, issuance of trouble tickets, authorization of work estimates plus customizable reports on spending trends & failure trends as well as access to pre + post digital photography. WNGTips can be accessed by any web enabled device and provides mobile alerts on both status and customer-defined spending thresholds alerts.
